The Place

Non-profit initiative

Haarlem.Tech is a program focused on encouraging and supporting technological entrepreneurship in Haarlem area. Our priority is the growth and happiness of our members, which is why all membership fees are reinvested into the community.

Inside a Datacenter

Our office is inside the Iron Mountain AMS-1 datacenter campus, one of the biggest datacenters and Internet interconnection points in Europe, where for example a large part of Wikipedia’s data lives.

In beautiful Haarlem

The datacenter is located in the Waarderpolder, Haarlem’s business and industrial area, within cycling distance of two train stations and the stunning historical city centre of Haarlem. It is also connected by a bus line and provides free secured parking.

High-tech hub

Fast internet connection, modern presentation equipment for your professional meetings, experienced and talented IT experts as colleagues… this is definitely  a 21st century office!

Business Incubator

Because we are tech entrepreneurs ourselves we understand how difficult it is for new businesses to establish themselves and survive in a big ocean filled with sharks. We have deep knowledge of the local business environment and are happy to offer our willing members advice,  guidance and visibility via our Marketing channels.

Tech community

Just like many things in this world, technology is better when enjoyed together. We want to spread the love, and so we try to organise cool tech events or meetups regularly. Ah! We also eat a lot of cake during breaks. I mean, a LOT. This morning it was lemon pie.

Work with each other. Learn from each other. Inspire each other.

Extras

“All work and no play, that sounds great” said no one ever, am I right? We believe a happy techie with a full belly equals productivity!

These goodies are included for all our members, to brighten their work day:

+ Delicious lunch food

+ Coffee, tea, water – unlimited

+ Fruits for a healthy snack

+ High-tech presentation equipment, communal area and lounge

+ Fast internet connection

+ Free tickets to all Haarlem.Tech events

+ Table-tennis, frisbee and back-stretching equipment. We work out!

Membership prices

The membership fee remains the same whether you work full time in Haarlem.Tech or come to the office once a month. Memberships are personal and not transferable. We use 100% of the money you pay to ensure your comfort, integration and satisfaction within the community, as well as to launch exciting tech projects and organise events. The prices are not including VAT.
